My first sale of 2025 was in Plano to a wonderful family, that I have known since 7th grade!!
I have gotten to work with this buyer 4 times in the last year. First closing of the year!

I was referred to this seller by a friend. The seller was in dire need to get rid of this home. It was in terrible condition and he had several "investors" offer him cash for the house, but their offers were way under value.
The seller contacted me and we listed his house and received multiple offers.
Wholesale buyers for these types of properties can be very deceptive and not follow TREC rules. It's a good idea to hire an experienced realtor when dealing with wholesale buyers- they usually try to undercut the price, extend closing or option, and even will sell the house to another buyer before closing with you!
