Endless thank you’s 🙏🏼 to my coach @theeddiespaghettii for inspiring me to do this challenge in the first place + guiding me/holding me accountable throughout, and @mndflbdy for originally helping me get back into the lifting grind + encouraging me to push beyond my limits and have fun throughout the process with his relentless positivity.
Lastly shoutout to @theveggierealtor who technically was the first to help me with form/getting started with lifting in general a couple years ago and who has supported me as a friend in so many different regards beyond these past several years.
Very grateful for each of you and so many others in my life who I’ll name in other upcoming posts.
As for what’s next fitness journey wise, this week will be a maintenance week of climbing, biking, and other fun stuff, then I’ll be back to calorie/macro counting, 10K steps a day, 100 oz of water a day, 7-8 hours of sleep a night, and a new strength program for 8 weeks (likely a traditional bodybuilding program rather than push, pull, legs this time).

Meant to upload this several weeks ago. @wakanavu’s Savusavu Waka medium grind kava had a fantastic flavor and really nice effects for socializing and relaxing.
This was what I thought myself originally, as well as the feedback I got from many others I had try it. Very smooth and easy to get down.
The owner Saimone is a fellow vegan and kava enthusiast who has a really unique story both on how he got into kava and how he went vegan (wildly they are actually both connected).
Definitely recommend trying out his products. I’m pumped to try out another strain of his here soon myself!

This beautiful morning I had the other day feels even more sentimental after the scare I had with @mister.cocoa’s G.I. stasis last night…I’m just so grateful he’s okay and still with me. Can’t wait to spoil him tonight and spend tons of time together now that he’s starting to finally act like himself again. Looking forward to many more mornings like this with him soon!Despite my love for the new courtyard though, I’ll mix some indoor action in too as the more I think about it, the more I recognize Cocoa may actually prefer indoors due to it being a less noisy and more familiar environment.
