The Daily Light and Midlothian Mirror are the official newspaper for the Cities of Waxahachie, Midlothian, Ovilla,
Maypearl, Italy and Venus, as well as for Waxahachie, Red Oak, Midlothian, Maypearl and Italy ISDs. RULES OF CONDUCT:

The Waxahachie Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of a specific use permit for a 7-Eleven at Broadhead Road and Garden Valley Parkway. Nearby residents are concerned about the possible impact a gas station would have so close to homes and a school.
