🎉Last 50th Birthday party celebration of the month!

🥳 I always celebrate my birthday all month long with different friends and family.

😋Last night we went to and the food was delicious! And we did not get charged a “shake fee” to our margaritas like we saw go viral on Tik Tok.😜

🤩 I also met in person! I have been friends with her online forever! So good to meet her live!

🥰It was a great way to close out the end of celebrating a half of century!

Yesterday I shot my story.

If you have been following me awhile then you know that I used to be a personal trainer & health coach for 20 years.

I am super proactive when it when to my health and I am always finding ways to be healthier as I age.

After 2 horrible rounds of covid that set my health back a couple years, that really humbled me. My health, no matter how hard I worked for it, can be taken in a blink of an eye.

My husband, Keith, found Prenuvo on IG last year and said let’s do this. I thought something might be wrong with my lungs or brain from covid and I wanted to know.

😃Fun fact: Keith was my first life and business coach.

🤓He has taught me so much about these 2 subjects in life. He inspires me to continue to learn. It is no surprise to me that he has a JD and an MBA. He got these degrees while working full time. He never ceases to amaze me.🤩
