Had to hop on this trend 🤘🏼 Muscle mommy, loading… I’ve always been athletic.. Heavy into sports, dance, martial arts (when I was younger) and then the gym was discovered. I’ve always desired to be strong and fit. I’ll never forget when I first started taking my training seriously, my family and friends collectively said the same thing. “DoNt gEt ToO bIG.” As if getting big doesn’t take years of continuous work, a massive caloric surplus and consistency 😂 But hey, you don’t know what you don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️ And I kept doing me and working towards my goals.
