Meet Aaron Smith, a man from the South Side of Chicago who gave himself a second chance. Growing up in public housing, he got involved in a drug operation that produced up to $15K a day and was eventually sentenced to 12 years in federal prison.
Ten years into his sentence, his mindset shifted and he decided to switch direction. Escaping the Odds Media was born and now serves as a motivational hub for entrepreneurs. Through his podcast, videos, and blogs, Smith inspires formerly incarcerated people to switch their hustles and become entrepreneurs.

Meet Jordan Rogers, a Brand Director at Nike, and former he**in addict who gave himself a second chance. In a now-viral LinkedIn post, Rogers discusses a time in his life when he was battling a he**in addiction and spent one year incarcerated.

In 1965, Larry served 4.5 years for the murder of a young man when he was 16 years old. Keeping his secret for almost 50 years, Larry rose through the ranks of Nike becoming President of the Jordan Brand. He now serves as the chairman of Nike's Jordan Brand advisory board
In the midst of writing his memoir, Jump: My Secret Journey from the Streets to the Boardroom, Miller had an opportunity to sit down and apologize to the family of the man he murdered 50 years earlier.
