2024 was a year of reflection, growth, and learning for me as a freelance marketing consultant. Over the last two years, I’ve not only grown in my craft but also in understanding what truly matters in the work I do and the relationships I build. Social media, while an essential tool, isn’t my favorite. It’s not about tricks, hacks, or chasing virality—it’s about being yourself, providing value, and staying intentional with what you share.

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m stepping into this year with more wisdom, clarity, and purpose. I’ve learned to be selective with my clients, choosing to collaborate with those who love what they do and share my passion for creating meaningful, purposeful marketing. I don’t want to follow trends—I want to set them.

Freelancing gives me the freedom to work with incredible people, and it’s those personal relationships that make the work truly rewarding. This year, I’m focused on strengthening those partnerships, crafting strategies that are as unique as the businesses I serve, and helping my clients connect authentically with their audiences.

You’ll still see me pop in here to share updates and occasionally provide tips, but if we’re being real, marketing advice is already flooding the internet. That’s not my style. My approach has always been about conversation, connection, and understanding your business at its core.

I’ve been on this freelance journey for a year and seven months now, and I genuinely love every moment of it. The freedom to create my own schedule and work with a variety of clients keeps things fresh and exciting. Each project brings its own challenges and rewards, allowing me to tap into my creativity while helping others elevate their businesses.

I’m usually reserved, which gives me a chance to observe and soak in my surroundings. I keep it real and find humor in a lot of things—life’s too short not to laugh! I have a strong drive but also understand the importance of balance. Family is my top priority, and freelancing has allowed me to blend my professional passions with my commitment to them.

Connecting with entrepreneurs and hearing their stories inspires me daily. I thrive on the opportunity to support them in navigating the ever-changing landscape of marketing. This work isn’t just about transactions; it’s about building relationships and fostering growth.
