The Role:
The Coordinator will help promote the growth and development of the company. This individual will focus on outreach to new and existing clients, recruitment for new talent and creators, and coordination of all social and digital marketing. The Coordinator will also be involved in client correspondence and asset management. This is a great position for an aspiring producer or creative to get a behind-the-scenes look at pre-production, live production, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing email marketing by creating campaigns, maintaining email lists, and building lists through various methods.
· Actively maintaining social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
· Prospecting and researching potential client companies.
· Assisting on-set production as needed, including pre-production planning and scheduling.

Basic Qualifications:

· Experience using social media for marketing

Basic Qualifications:

-At least two years of experience managing the post-production process for commercials and branded content.

-Experience with a diverse background with different video styles, including live-action, documentary-style, motion graphics, and animation.

-A rudimentary understanding of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.

-Possesses high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

-The ability to identify potential problems and quickly pose creative solutions

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and maintain the post schedule to meet deadlines through all stages of post-production such as; editing, sound editing and mixing, any necessary VFX effects, and color grading.
