I am hoping that the Rhode Island governor makes the right choice and declines the bill that would put an 85% tax on E cigarette products and also put many Rhode Island businesses out of business. I can't say. that E cigarettes are healthy or good for anyone, but I use. to get bronchitis three times a year for months at a time when I smoked. Once E cigarettes came out, I never got bronchitis ever again. While I do believe it should be. regulated, It definitely needs to be done the right way.
