I was talking to my boss the other day about how I make myself go to the gym when it’s so easy to just not do it. Truth is, the gym is the only place I can be alone. Where the only person I have to focus on is ME. I don’t have to worry about my RBF, and unnecessary smiles to remind others I’m friendly. Where the only person who makes me feel old is me. It’s not always fun, but the gym helps bring me peace. ❤️
