CTM: How it began...

Once I graduated from College with a Filmmaking Certificate I really didn't know what I was going to do with it. Then came along a buddy who happened to have a sister getting married. He simply asked me if I'd be up for video taping the event. I thought to myself back in 2005 what a great idea! I never really see videos online of weddings so why not give it a shot. Needless to say I fell immediately in love with it. And the rest as they say... Is history.

This gig will always be a blessing. Hard to believe I’ve been at this for 17 years now! Keeping up with the newer generation of videographers has been difficult in recent years. Social media has become such a huge factor in the driving force of business especially in the wedding industry.

It’s exhausting to feel the need to keep up with constant posting or be left behind. I value time with my family and my health much more nowadays than gaining likes.

Rest assured that while I don’t post much I am hard at work on the memories that will last a lifetime to my clients.

Today's couple was married at the Cathedral in St. Paul. It was the first wedding I've been able to document there and it was beautiful.
