**finger snap** we're in 2026! Happy new year! 💖To ring it in, I've got ascendance guru and guest Elizabeth Makepeace with me. We're talking about how she first stepped into spiritual experience after an etheric baptism at the age of 7, how she went from "Payne" to making peace after so many adventures tuning into spirit and unplugging from religion, and how her practice of recoding is helping her maintain vibrational alignment. Recoding involves going into the superconscious or "field" to deal with traumas or wounds that take you out of unity consciousness.

Elizabeth created The Ascendance Code to help others align themselves with what they desire. Our conversation is a total boost to lining up some wins for the new year! 🏅

We're talking about Lora's own long-term relationship challenges, her acquaintance with a household ghost as a child, how she got into the legal profession, and how she later moved into a space to accept channeled wisdom from the Akashic realm (started on an airplane). What Lora discovered as well--there's science behind the "woo."😊

Her spiritual practices include belly contact with the earth! Maybe we'd ground ourselves faster that way--something to ponder.

Happy Friday! Posting ep 277 here with guest Rudy Hunter. He's a healer of animals and humans, with emphasis on trauma resolution. Rudy's creativity in healing techniques will be demonstrated by one involving color--I'm a willing guinea pig🐰So, we're looking at where got Rudy started with all of this. Interestingly enough, there was no religious influence casting a shadow over his early years, so he was freer in his thinking than most.

His understanding of how to treat animals from a healing standpoint doesn't involve divulging much to their human caretakers, it turns out. Rudy has a good explanation for this choice.

I so appreciate his ongoing desire to share healing techniques. Not only does he offer some detail on how his approach has changed through the years, but his openness to take on new adventures in the healing realm will motivate you to seek out some of your own!

This week's guest is Naturopath Camilla Brinkworth, who currently resides in Bali. We're exploring her background, beginning with some damaging effects from religious thinking early on, and later PMDD, but more importantly--how she rescued herself from these struggles over time.

Camilla is a non-dogmatic😘 raw vegan and coaches people on how to extract proper nutrition while staying within vegan/vegetarian dietary parameters. She's gained a lot of insight via Family Constellations work, and her Kundalini meditations and yoga practice have brought her nothing but light. Now, as she creates pathways to healing for others, she has a trove of wisdom to share.

We're back in action this week with ep. 274 and A'sha Love as my guest. This is a conversation for those who wonder about the essence of the universe and humanity's role. A'sha is gifted with perceptions she's honed over time since she had a shared death experience with her father. Not only does she sense and understand how to work with other non-human beings, but she has a role in clearing distortions and the residue from war and chaos wherever she goes.

She grew up with parents steeped in science, so her compass was not necessarily steering her to religion or dogma. Through her father's passing, though, she started to trust her perceptions of the disembodied world. Nowadays she's interacting with the structure of creation, fractals, inner tech of human consciousness, planetary grids + more. This is a conversation to expand your horizons!

It took her years to disconnect from the shame and self-doubt that was instilled in her from a young age, but now she's helping others free themselves from the same invisible chains. We're looking at how it manifested in her life and what started to unravel the power shame had on her. If learning, growing and evolving in consciousness are part of finding meaning in this incarnation, we are forced to also face what hinders that process. Many years ago, Claudia received a message through a friend that she should work with pregnant women. This turn led to not only becoming a doula but learning how to communicate with incoming children who seem to hover around their prospective parents before they become incarnate. If you're curious about the process, you'll want to tune in! Claudia will talk about who on the spirit side is helping her deliver babies into the world, the situation with baby names, how the souls find their parents, how the spirit side is assisting all of us, and so much more.

We've all been through it, but we lack the memory of how we came into this material world. Claudia is on a campaign to help women and children through this time of transition, whether it's perceived as scary, joyous or a mix of both.
