Property management company looking for a handyperson who can handle general fixes.

Things may include
Changing out windows, changing door handles, fixing a sink leak, adjusting a door or its frame, changing stove burners, spackle, paint, fixing a toilet, fixing grout, shower/tub fixes, cleaning an area from work debris and/or a past tenant, drywall, and so on and so on.

This is a part time gig 1-2 full days a week. We can schedule work days around your current schedule and on the weekends if needed. We are very flexible with when the work gets done. Compensation is $25 on the books.

We create content for brands and are looking for an actress who speaks Spanish and English for these videos. You must be able to run with ideas that we have and bring ideas to the table. This will be pretty consistent work for the right person. You will be working with a camera person to film on location at different sites around Long Island.
