As we near the end of another school year, I am collecting music to add to our streaming computer over the summer. Come fall, expect to hear more new artists, as well as deep tracks from bands such as Santana, Delaney and Bonnie, and many more! Thank you for listening to WSPS!

To culminate our special promotional week, WSPS 90.5 radio aired a telethon today hosted by 6th former Jacob Ruttenberg. The telethon featured many illustrious guests, including Cynthia McFadden of ABC news, Rabbi Irwin Kula, our own Mike Hirschfeld, and others. The topic of the show was what to do in the aftermath of the Newtown tragedy to benefit victims of gun violence, how to comprehend and respond to tragedies such as this, the social policies involved in keeping kids safe from gun violence, and related topics. Please consider making a donation at the phone number aired in the broadcast. Thanks to all involved in making this show happen, especially Jacob!!!
