I was going through the thousands of pictures on my phone and came across this one. I believe it was taken in 2022. I took it because it was one colored leaf all by itself next to all green leaves 🍁

Here is my takeaway from this picture. It's ok to be your own person. You do not have to "follow the crowd" or constantly compare yourself to others. There are no two people on this earth that are the exact same. God made us all unique in our own way, and what a blessing
that is🙌

Be proud of who you are, and always remember beauty always starts from the inside✨️

God's blessings come in His time. God's blessings are not limited to shapes and sizes.

The store I go to every morning for my coffee has a display of all sorts of these cuties on it. With it being the Christmas season, they have Santa Clauses and ginger bread men. The store manager was so kind and put two Santas and one ginger bread man aside for me.

The kicker is, I thought I had the manager put two ginger bread men aside, but it was, in fact, only one. I really wanted two, but I left the store that day with only one. Side note, the clerk on duty that day, along with myself, looked all over the stand and out back for another gingerbread man and was unsuccessful. I went to work and decorated my cubicle, and I was extremely happy with how it came out, and it totally worked with one gingerbread man and two Santas.

This morning (a few days later) I went to the store and grab my coffee before church and as the coffee was going into the cup I looked up and there was one little gingerbread man sitting there all by himself. I smiled from ear to ear, knowing that God surprised me with him.

Here's the takeaway. God always provides, however, before He does, He always wants us to be TRULY thankful for what we have in the now.

How does one know if you're TRULY happy in the now? You will have a wonderful, undeniable, warm feeling in your heart when you look at everything you have right in front of you.

I may fall short some days and want more, but you always remind me in your own way to be grateful for what I have today and you'll take care of tomorrow.
