The 1965 Southern Strategy:
The Republican Party switched on black people to pursue the Southern Strategy, which sought to attract and maintain support from white voters in the South.This strategy involved subtly endorsing racial segregation, discrimination, and the disenfranchisement of Black voters, often by appealing to white racial anxieties and promoting conservative views on issues such as states' rights. I hope you now have learned just like majority of blacks learned then. Never vote Republican cause they switch up on you for a vote.
