The NAMAS was established in 2006 and the 1st NAMAs was held in 2007 in the Mansfield/Shelby Ohio area.
We moved the Namas to Columbus, Ohio in 2018 . as we were getting set for the 2019 NAMAs the pandemic broke out so this is first NAMAS after the pandemic. This why some of you may not have heard of us. I Know it is heard for some of you to believe you were nominated, and have doubts or questions. the 1st thing i would like to say is that you should always believe you are good enough. #2 don't be afraid to e-mail or call us to ask questions. our email address is [email protected], our business phone number 1-866-202-9897. To confirm the venue and event, you may google and call the Columbus, Ohio department of parks and recreation and use the info on our website www.northamericanmusicawardscom.com to confirm.

I would like to personally congratulate all the 2022 Nama Nominees and award recipients.
The Namas judging panel would like to nominate and award everyone yet unfortunately we cannot. Only the best are nominated and only the best of the best will win. Our nominations process is about 3/4 of the way done so if you are not nominated it is because you were not on our radar. If you feel you or someone you know should be nominated then someone should email us at
[email protected]. the email should include the artist real name, stage name, genre of music, artist contact info, and either include their music or a link to their music. We cannot directly reach out to each and everyone directly but you will get a confirmation auto reply. It may take up to 2 weeks to nominate someone because we have to take an individual vote on each artist present. So go to the website for nominee updates.
