This past Saturday our friend J William Boothman II hosted his first annual Rootin’ Tootin’ Music and Film Festival at Horus Hall! Great venue, great people, great music, and great fun! In addition to the music videos and one film from the 2025 The Western Film Festival was shown with many of the film makers in attendance then Cowtown Movie Classics ended the night with two films! We made some amazing friends and know that each year will get better and better. If you didn’t attend this year make sure you plan to attend next year because it’s only going to get better!

On top of all that fun it was also J William Boothman II birthday! For those that don’t know we first met each other at the inaugural season of The Western Film Festival when he entered his awesome film “Ghost Trippers” and he came to Coleman to promote it! He ended up leaving with the first ever Fan Favorite Award from The Western and quickly became not just a friend but a trusted confidant and huge support and aid to The Western and has been a massive help to our success. This previous year we spoiled the surprise when we jumped the gun and presented him with his very own custom belt buckle making him the fourth member of our team to receive one! It was our honor to gift him one and even more of our honor to attend his birthday party and music and film festival. We can’t wait for the next one and look forward to all the great things he has in store. We’re sorry we had to leave early but enjoyed every minute we were there! Tell your mother hello for us and we will see yall next time around! Happy birthday once again and congratulations my friend!
