We kicked off our annual Staff Picks Month with Andy's pick, Strangers With Candy(2006). A movie version of the TV show and it is hilarious! This has the same crass and sleazy spirit of the show without TV network or time constraints and it takes full advantage. The characters are so gross and mean and the humor really pushes the envelope so it is not going to be for everyone but we loved it. The plot and logic don't matter as it is all about the jokes and there are a lot of them and they mostly hit. It has an all star cast and everyone has so much fun with their roles. To quote Jerri Blank-Good times!
