I HAVE BEEN INSPIRED BY THE MEME I KEEP SEEING ABOUT A COACH AND A TEACHER. WHEN A COACH BUILDS A RELATIONSHIP WITH A KID, TREATS THEM AS FAMILY AND DOES THE FOLLOWING;

Teach them about manhood
Encourages and develops leadership
Feeds them
Trains them
Takes them home
Holds them accountable academically
Loves on them
Puts money in their pockets
Is their therapist
Is their protector
Is the shoulder they lean and cry on

They have earned the right to curse a kid out. Hell, they are now the parent. And it’s more than winning a damn game. It’s about life; well it should be.

Teachers must show that they care. Kids don’t care what you know! And respect goes both ways. 🤌🏾🙏🏾💯
