I often feel like I’m on the set of Mean Girls when I comment on any local page. Especially when locals find out I am not from here.

I will never understand it. I will never get how people can tell someone
“ don’t like it then move”, or “ I’m a Christian , but you not welcome here” or my favorite “we will just remove you from the page because you’re opinion is different than ours, so that makes you rude, mean and a bully”, then turn off comments.

Why again has Walker county residents not asked for an AUDIT yet??

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested a Rossville man for fraudulently purchasing items with a City of Rossville credit card.

This man and many of his deputies are quite a joke. I’m really beginning to think they just have him a badge. Do state laws and regulations not apply in this area of the state??

Justice finally for this family.

Think of this young’s man’s kids and family next time elections in Walker County role around.

7 YEARS. That’s 2,555 DAYS, 61320 HOURS this case went unhandled, evidence mishandled, ruled a su***de because the Sheriffs deputies and investigators didn’t want to do their jobs ( or couldn’t 🤷🏻‍♀️). I sure hope this suspect hasn’t harmed anyone else in that time period 😣

What constitutes contributing to the delinquency of a minor?

“When an adult encourages a person under the age of 18 to engage in illegal activities, this is legally called contributing to the delinquency of a minor and is considered a crime in the United States that can result in jail time and fines.”

Today I met with the family of a young man who had recently been arrested by The Cartersville Police Department. When I heard this CHILD had been arrested I had to find out more. I WILL NOT mention names, I WILL NOT share a mugshot and I WILL NOT give any personal details(schools,officer names etc) .

This CHILD recently graduated high school, is a star football player, and has a full scholarship to a great college. When I say child he is only 17. Yes I know, before anyone says anything,one can be arrested at 17. However, this CHILD/MINOR was hanging out with friends( older than him), a sip of alcohol was involved ( that he did not purchase, bring or furnish), now he has been arrested for Furnishing, Purchasing of Alcoholic Beverages by Persons Below Legal Age,Contributing to the Delinquency, Unruliness, or Deprivation of Minor-No Serious Injury/Death-1st, 2nd Offense,and reckless conduct.

Detectives showed up at this childs house to arrest him, told his grandmother to go back in the house because it was none of her business. Remember this is a CHILD. Took him and his cell phone to jail, where he stayed for 24 hours. He didn’t get a phone call and they are holding his cell phone( no warrant has been shown to the family). Now this CHILD is absolutely terrified of just the sight of a police car because he thinks they are coming for him again when he did NOTHING wrong in the first place. The very ones who are supposed to protect him.

Now have they arrested the ADULT who bought, furnished and supplied this to these kids? NOPE. Meanwhile, this kid is going to have to fight these charges, that never should have happened. Yes, he took a sip. He’s a CHILD. Why haven't they done their jobs as investigators and got the person over the age of 21 who purchased this alcohol, furnished it and allowed it to happen in the first place. Instead they have potentially ruined this CHILD’S whole future.

Paulding County, GA -- Tyler Canaris was headed to work when he was stopped by a sheriff's deputy and slammed to the ground while asking what he did wrong. Tyler ended up in the hospital for 9 days with a broken collarbone, fractured skull, and severe concussion. He was only charged with obstruction of an officer. Deputy claims he fit the description of a suspect who was seen breaking into cars.

Justice has finally been served. The Pedigo Family can finally move forward, or at least try.

How many times will it take for this injustice to happen in Catoosa ( and surrounding counties) for people to wake up in our area and in the state of GA. So many cases have slipped by unnoticed. So many families have been forced to deal with the consequences simply because they can not afford proper or good attorneys. I say it often and I mean it..... DO BETTER!

Prayers and thoughts for the Pedigo family as they try to move on after all of this.

UPDATE: A man in Catoosa County has officially been charged in a deadly shooting that happened in September of 2021.

We got our hands on the indictment for Daniel Vaughan for Felony Murder and 5 other counts.

The family tells us this is the second time the case has been presented to the grand jury, after the first time it was presented to the grand jury, returned with a no bill, back in 2022.

The more I read about this facility the more I get pi**ed off.

Recently a detention officer from Walker State Prison was arrested for some very bad things. One of those things including s*xual assault. This got my mind racing and my investigating going.

We have two prisons in our area. Hays State Prison and Walker State Prison. While searching and reading several different news articles, it seems Hayes is and has been a cluster for years.

Rapes, beatings, weapons, drugs, shady guards, and the worst of the worst death. Yes I know it’s prison, some will say you get what you get. Well when the guards, who are supposed to serve and protect are the ones committing these crimes against the inmates and also helping bring in most of the contraband, what gives?

This is where and how a flawed system begins.

Some inmates(not all) go to jail with hopes of reform and rehab. When they are faced with guards,supervisors, and wardens who continually beat, r**e or have other inmates do the same, they don’t stand a chance. Some will say “oh they get what they get, they are in prison.” Well they are in fact still human being’s and no one deserves this treatment.

I always encourage everyone to do their own research. Don’t believe everything you hear.
Yes they are inmates, no they are not all guilty. I say it often and I scream it today…. DO BETTER!
