According to updates sourced via the Chicago Police Department, the victim from this shooting incident was dropped off at a local hospital. They had been shot multiple times in the neck, chest, back, and hand. They did not survive their injuries and were pronounced deceased at the hospital. Police have identified a red pickup truck, occupied multiple times, as involved in the incident and heading northbound on Houston.
Video shows a black Hummer smashed into a tree. It is unknown if there are injuries at this time.
Police are on the scene where two people have been confirmed shot. Following the gunfire there was a three vehicle collision. One of the suspects reportedly fled on foot eastbound from the intersection. Police have discovered shell casings, including rifle casings, inside a vehicle involved in the shooting.
