For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or mint)
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Gyros:

4 pita bread rounds
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the thinly sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly.
