So excited to announce I’ve successfully completed the Freedive Instructor Trainer Course!!

This has been a major goal of mine for years! So to finally complete the course, and be one of the very few at the highest level is still surreal!

Special shout out to & .jan for being wonderful mentors during the whole process & to my amazing teammates ! It was a week of long days, hard work, presentations and lots of diving! But all the hard work paid off and we’re all officially Freedive Instrucor Trainers! (go team!)

Freediving has TRULY changed my life for the better, and now I’m so excited to be able to share this gift with others and help guide people to become freedive instructors too!

Who’s ready to change their life? I’ll be offering my first course this fall. Stay tuned!

On our last day of the retreat, we decided to do a beach clean up. This was a huge wake up call for me. How could an island this beautiful have SO much trash? Turns out it washes up from near by countries… a reminder that our oceans connect us all. We found tons of micro plastic and pieces of styrofoam, plastic forks, shoes, shampoo bottles & tons of single use plastics. This was another huge wake up call & reminder to me. 💙 refuse, reduce & reuse plastic
The 2&3rd photos are before and after pictures of about 20 minutes clean up. The last photo I spent the whole time cleaning up that tiny area and collected all tiny pieces of Styrofoam.
