Hello there!

Movements was on a bit of brief pause in regards to filming but it's back up and running! Currently the series is looking for new talent for episode "Defeat By Crush". Below is casting information regarding needed roles. New or students actors very much welcome!

CASTING CALL FOR:

Defeat By Crush (Season 1) (*NON PAID/UNIQUE REIMBURSEMENTS)

Plot: While encountering a co-worker, a young woman awkwardly must face her romantic feelings towards him on display.

ROLE:

Scott Green | Age: 24-30 years old | Open to: Hispanic/Caucasian Ethnicity | Body Type : Average/Athletic

Location: Chicagoland, Illinois, USA
*Only needed for one day of filming!

The role is non-paid due to this platform operating on low budget conditions, but a reel and a free headshot photo session will be given to chosen talent.

As the platform grows, my new approach is to make it more personal and honest especially in my journey as a filmmaker.

Hello, my name is Michelle Dali founder of this film platform. I’m not the most glamorous filmmaker around. In fact, my methods of creating films are mostly unconventional, basic or simplistic, and often times limited.

Fun fact is I do not own a car and must resort to public transportation and other methods of travel to do my films. Why do I tell you this about me? Well so you know where these films are coming from! So many other production platforms and companies may have more than me but I do or use what I can to make my work come to life. It won’t always be this way but in the mean time, I’m growing the best way I can while enjoying the ride.

Wherever you’re at in your process as a filmmaker, don’t feel bad. Don’t give up. I’ve considered quitting more than once especially concerning all this. But again, I’m still growing. So are you. I started with a phone camera and now I have several nice cameras with me. You might be all alone or have a small team but one day it’ll be a studio or production company. The point is to keep going and learning. 🌹
