The postal person came by, handed me a box, and asked, "Valor Printing? Is that more comic books?" As it turns out, it is. I always enjoy it when she delivers our mail. She's attentive, fun, and polite. She used to be here every day, but with budgets all over the place and people being forced to cover alternate shifts, I only see her a couple of times a week.

Long story short, you can now get autographed copies of Bob: Sins of the Son sent to our door.

A recap of my day. Not my most financially successful day, but overall, it was enjoyable. The con was well run, The volunteers were charming, and the vendors were a wonderfully diverse group of humans. They are learning how to deal with for-profit vendors. As far as I can tell, it's been geared as an event to get kids to wear costumes and play games.

To be fair, the kids were as cute as can be, and the prizes were pretty impressive—think new iPhones and stuff.

It's rare that my October is packed, so I'll try this again.

One of the most popular comics at the 2024 New York Comic Con was written by little old McSciFi featuring art by Marisa, a/k/a Ghoul Beanz. By 'popular,' I mean it sold out its entire run, and I'm ordering more to restock for our East Coast distributor, Vivid Panel.

-- Sure, your dad is Death, and your mom was some twisted chick who had a thing for death, literally, and your sister is one of those peeps who likes rules. I work with a couple of companies that help me submit my scripts to producers, film companies, and even investors. One recent submission had an unusual advancement method. Usually, it's a three-step process. This production company has a five-step review team.

Today, I got asked to confirm Legends Parallel was still available. Once confirmed they let me know it had made the fourth level. Not popping bottles yet, but pretty damn stoked.
