This has been an incredible campagin so far, and we can't wait to finish it out strong. Our next big goal is 80%! Hitting that means we officially have the green light and can start recieving the funds you've all given to us.

PRAWN STAR follows the incredible journey of a pink, peeled shrimp as he sets out for the human world in hopes of ending up at a fancy restaurant and on the plate of someone who can make him a movie star...
..And right now, that 'someone' is all of us!

Our crowdfunding campaign is officially live, and we need your help. We have the story, the team, and the dream, and now we need funds to bring Shrimpy to life. Contributions to this film will help us get specialized equipment, pay and feed our cast and crew, and lock in all of our post-production needs.

Long Notice. It took a long time to get here. We scripted, shot, and edited over six months between work, traveling, and creative blocks. Organizing different locations, connecting with old friends, and making and re-making schedules. This was by far the most ambitious project Mitch and I have done to date. But as hard as it was to get it done, it was WAY harder to be away from Short Notice 🤪 I know, I know, we’re big saps!

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported us, watched, and shared. Whether you’re new to this whole thing or have been here since day 1. We poured our hearts and souls into this project and all of the kind words have been overwhelming!

We can’t explain how exciting it’s been to plan for the future of Short Notice, but for now, we’re just happy to be back 😭

We have not one but TWO signature drinks we wanted to share with YOU, so we can drink them together, during the watch party.

Behold:

THE CHAI SPICED GIN TODDY

8 oz Concentrated chai tea
1 1/2 oz Gin
To taste Honey
To tase Lemon juice
One Candy Cane

Combine all ingredients in your favoirte mug, stir. Top with lemon wheel and candy cane!

CHAI SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE:

2 TBS Sugar
1 TBS Cocoa powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Salt
Dash Concentrated chai tea
1 1/3 C Milk
One Candy cane

Combine sugar, cocoa poweder, cinnamon, salt, and chai tea into a pot. Mix well and then heat on stove until it boils. Lower heat, add milk, and heat through. Pour into your favoirte mug and then stir with candy cane.
