Friday night pizza on the grill — doesn’t get much better 🍕🔥

Kept it classic tonight: a crisp, golden crust off the grill, topped with shredded mozzarella and a homemade New York-style sauce made with Jersey Fresh crushed tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, a little sugar, salt, and a touch of red pepper flakes.

Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Perfect bite.

Cowboy up with this barbecue chicken, pepperoni, and Red Onion Pizza with a Sweet Baby Ray's sweet Heat BBQ sauce base. This 72 hour cold proof, sourdough- crusted pizza, absolutely hit in all the right ways.

We had to satisfy our pizza jones last night, so we checked in with and grabbed a margherita flatbread (basil unfortunately missing) , some spaghetti bolognese, a smashburger and a monster of a dessert brownie. Claudios originated on Long Island and is now here in Atlantis. We've eaten here 2 nights in a row and have been very happy. So much so that we plan to go back again tonight, lol. The Margherita was awesome. I think it was sourdough.

The Stinger is for summer.... and spring, lol. I tried a new to me sliced pepperoni from Sugardale? Very good, but I wish it would have curled and crisped up a bit. Anyway, along with the pepperoni, I added fresh jalapeño and a blast of hot honey. Soo good!

62% hydration sourdough/00 flour recipe, proofed for 72 hours in the fridge
Baked in the Dome with a starting surface temp of around 750f.
Delivered to my beloved neighbors to enjoy!

Some like it hot! I definitely do, and so did some of my peers at work. I delivered this Nashville hot chicken 🐔 using some Hot & Spicy chicken rub on some lightly breaded and air fried chicken breast, fresh jalapeño and a maple syrup drizzle 🥞 to my office the other day, and let's just say it didn't last very long at all....

Sourdough and 00 flour blend, 62% hydration dough recipe, proofed across 3 days before baking in the Dome at around base temp of around 700 degrees F
