Topped with red peppers, onions, roasted potatoes, and pinched hot sausage, caramelized to perfection.

Dough blend:

50% All Trumps

50% King Arthur All Purpose

62% hydration

6 hr room temp bulk

48–72 hr cold ferment

Balanced flavor, incredible crunch, and that signature blistered edge 🔥
