My first go round with Bee Dolce hot honey on my pizza and boy, it did not disappoint. So good, Bee Dolce Hot Honey adds the finishing touch. Delicate honey sweetness up front, followed by a subtle chili warmth that blooms on the back end. It elevates the savory meatballs and smoky bacon, creating that sweet-heat balance that keeps you reaching for another slice.

62% hydration

6 hr room temp bulk

48–72 hr cold ferment
