Tell me something about you. If you've been following me here for a while, I'm sure there's a ton about my life you already know well. So in the interest of giving you something new to think about, I've decided to share 5 things about me I bet you didn't know!
1. My nickname growing up was T.T. but please just call me T lol ๐Ÿฎ
2. I never worked out until after high school haha ๐Ÿ‹
3. I have always loved Christina, J-lo and Shakira.๐Ÿ’ƒ
4. My drink of choice use to be crown and diet coke.๐Ÿฅƒ (now I don't drink either lol)
5. I sleep in socks.

I get sooooo many messages focused on a number on a scale. Even messages asking how much I weigh.
You guys why are you giving so much power to the scale? It's never just about the number on the scale, for me it's never about the number on the scale!!!
There are so many other ways to measure progress....
๐Ÿ’ฅ Strength gain (are you lifting heavier, getting in more reps, getting lower or deeper, rocking things you couldn't do before)
๐Ÿ’ฅBetter form
๐Ÿ’ฅHow are your clothes fitting?
๐Ÿ’ฅHow are you sleeping?
๐Ÿ’ฅHow does your skin look?
๐Ÿ’ฅHow do you feel? (This one is so important)

Ps even one of my kids math assignments stated I gained some weight over the holidays and went on a diet, how much do I weigh now (insert eye roll) this mentality is HORRIBLE, why are we teaching our kids this garbage???
