This part-time in-studio announcer position would require computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and friendly personality interacting with listeners on our live phone-call-in radio program, TRADIO.

Hey Jimmy!

Meet Jimmy!

Jimmy is our Room 94 Brewer! He's been with our team for a few months now and is the man behind our specialty beers!

He started out as a home brewer in 2013, then moved to the Northern Michigan area in 2020 and dove deeper into a career as a professional brewer. Jimmy has years of experience as head brewer at other tap rooms, and we're lucky to have him with us!

In his free time, he enjoys being outside boating, snowmobiling, and quite literally taking long walks on the beach!

Say hi to Jimmy, and be sure to try one of his amazing brews the next time you're in!

Have you heard about Fireworks Free Fourth? Some state parks celebrate by being quieter over the Fourth of July holiday rather than being a prime location for watching a community fireworks display. This is a way to honor veterans with PTSD, pet owner or others that would rather not listen to the loud noises that are often associated with Independence Day. So, if you're seeking more solitude during the holiday, make sure to check out one of the following parks:
⭐️ Bewabic State Park
⭐️ Brighton Recreation Area
⭐️ Cheboygan State Park
⭐️ Craig Lake State Park
⭐️ W. J. Hayes State Park
⭐️ Lake Hudson Recreation Area
⭐️ Leelanau State Park
⭐️ Rifle River Recreation Area
⭐️ Sleepy Hollow State Park
⭐️ Tahquamenon Falls State Park
⭐️ Wells State Park

Remember, aerial fireworks such as Roman candles and bottle rockets are prohibited in Michigan state parks at all times; however, smaller novelty fireworks such as fountains, sparklers and ground spinners are still permitted. Please abide by these regulations to help us accomplish our goal of providing an honorable and comfortable setting for our veterans and other campers.

Some parks may have closures, so make sure to check www.Michigan.gov/DNRClosures before you visit.
