My Dear Followers,
After much reflection over the past several years, I've made a significant decision regarding the future of "Time To OM™" and our "Metaphysical Talk Radio" page. Both platforms have now merged into a single, renewed existence: MTR - Time To OM™.

These past six years have been a period of intense change and contemplation. There were moments when I considered stepping away entirely due to various challenges. Time To OM™ has always been a passion project close to my heart, aimed at enriching lives through music, meditation, including spiritual teachings and guidance. Meanwhile, Metaphysical Talk Radio faced its own hurdles, particularly in aligning with the right contributors who shared our vision.

This journey, marked by setbacks and bouts of imposter syndrome, has ultimately transformed into a profound learning experience for me. It taught me invaluable lessons in overcoming adversity—how to meditate, journal, release pain caused by others, and rediscover my strength, my voice and my spirit. These lessons have shaped the content and direction of the videos I've created for you.
