Summer’s not over just yet 💐✨ went back to Fox Mountain Farm this weekend which has the most stunning backdrop of Lookout Mountain from their wildflower field ⛰️😍 nothing beats fresh flowers!

The family that owns this farm is so sweet. they have a play area for kids too - highly recommend a visit (they should have flowers til frost!)

have you ever seen a heart-shaped bald in the mountains? ⛰️😍 I’ve had so much fun learning to fly my drone this summer - these are a few of my faves!

I was hesitant to get a drone, because I was like “what if I crash it and waste all this money” 🥲 & I wasn’t sure how hard it would be to learn. plus I thought drones were super annoying and it made me never want one lol

but it’s been way better than I expected!

I wanted to use my drone for work with vacation rentals, tourism boards, and other content creation things so I went through the process of getting certified to fly commercially. you have to pay a fee, study, and take an in-person test. it was intimidatinggg but I passed 🙌🏼

knowing what I know now, it’s surprising to see how many people fly their drones illegally and where they aren’t supposed to. some restricted areas include national parks (like the Smokies) and all of the Tennessee state parks.

my goal is to use my drone responsibility and do my best to follow guidelines while capturing scenes & unique angles that I wouldn’t be able to with just my phone or camera 🫶🏼
