life lately ✿

• makeup is makeup-ing
• one of my fave paintings, almost don’t want to sell it
• pre-pilates
• in my element, chatting someone’s ear off, even at this age
• everything that you need is already inside of you :)
• daily walks = the best mental health boost

2023 unintentionally became a year of introspection. I went a little ‘hermit mode’ but I truly have a new perspective on myself and on life. Some of the most worthwhile work you can do is taking the time to look inward and understand why you are the way you are, good and bad. It can look different for everyone but journaling and therapy are great places to start (imo, every single person can benefit from therapy!). I feel so much better equipped to take on the next chapter of our lives 🫶🏼

You are never stuck !!! Your past does not define you. Today can be the day that you choose to change your habits, your beliefs, your routines, ultimately your identity. You can become the person you've dreamt of being at ANY time.

It is your choice to stay in your comfort zone or to put yourself first and make changes. We don't grow in our comfort zones! Let go of what no longer serves you. Embrace learning new things and making mistakes.

Dig deep - is there a version of you that you’ve wanted to explore but haven’t because you think you’re stuck on the path you’re currently on?
