In recognition of National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month and its continued efforts to raise awareness, Jace’s Journey will host its 6th Annual 5k Run/Walk and Fun Run Saturday, October 26, 2024. This year’s walk will begin at nine thirty in the morning and will take place at Belle Johnston Community Center located at 1000 Johnston Dr in Pineville, NC.

In its sixth year of hosting the 5k walk, Jace’s Journey founders Tomeka and Brandon Isaac say that each year the event has grown and they can see the difference being made in the greater Charlotte area. More community involvement and awareness have resulted in expanded outreach in areas such as education, advocacy and grief support. It has allowed the advancement of initiatives such as Jace’s Embrace Boxes , which provide comfort to families experiencing loss, and contribute to the organization’s educational workshops about maternal health risks.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re doing more than just raising awareness—we’re taking action! 💗 For every booking of our Brand Strategy Sessions, PR Consultations, or Bio Writing Services, a portion of the proceeds will go to the Charge Up Campaign Mental Health Initiative, providing much-needed counseling services for breast cancer survivors.
Our goal is to raise $360 to sponsor a warrior or survivor to receive support for up to 6 counseling sessions.
Join us in empowering these warriors by supporting both their physical and mental well-being. Together, we can make a difference!

In this weeks edition of Congratulations are in order for & for being awarded funding from &

Clean Beauty Summer School 2024 attracted approximately 200 applicants from across the US. This year video pitches replaced written applications, and content creators were added as an entrepreneur category. Ultimately, 10 finalists were selected and in mid-September they gathered in Los Angeles to kick off their mentorship reward at IPSY’s studios in Santa Monica. There founders networked and attended panels helmed by leaders from the tech, beauty, marketing, and VC industries.

On September 16, a panel of judges announced one winner from each category. Ashley Harmon of Mela Vitamins was the winner of the founder category, while Skye Edith Bannister was named the winner of the content creator category. They each received prizes valued at $35,000, including legal retainers, sales and marketing support, and $10,000 in cash.
