Rebellion is nigh in Matilda JR., a gleefully witty ode to the the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.

Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs, Matilda JR. is a joyous girl power romp. Children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by the story of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination.

Have you met Taylor? Taylor started working at our restaurant as a team member at 16 years old. She is now our Front-of-House Operations Director and she is a crucial piece to making things run smoothly at our restaurant! We wanted to share a little Q&A with Taylor about what it’s been like working at Chick-fil-A.

Q: How long have you worked at Chick-fil-A?
A: I just hit 11 years!

Q: How many different leadership roles have you had here?
A: I have been in 6 different leadership roles in my time here! My first promotion occurred while still in High School, and was promoted twice while pursuing my degree at Wingate University. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Biology while working here, and I found that the skills I learned while balancing work and school still remain invaluable today!

Q: What would you attribute as a main factor to your success here?
A: Truly, I am only the leader I am today because of the leaders here who invested in me and continued to give me endless opportunities to grow!

Q: What’s your favorite part of working at Chick-fil-A?
A: My favorite part about working at Chick-fil-A is the positive and team-centered culture. I have met lifelong friends who have become family!

Q: Any big goals for yourself?
My goal is to soon work corporately for Chick-fil-A in the Leadership Development Program with hopes to become an Operator one day!

Q: Do you have any advice for aspiring leaders?
A: My advice for aspiring leaders would be to always step out of your comfort zone, there is no better way to grow!
