But there is a current TREND in digital marketing resell that is BOOMING right now.

💥 Most people won't get rich off of it.
Or make millions.

But it can help you pay off debt, extra money for groceries,or supplemental income for something you're saving for.

Not MLM. Thank God! Lol.

The act of persisting. 💜

So yesterday we visited a local spot and they have the most amazing area with life-sized legos. Fun for adults and children alike.

When we arrived it was all mixed up. Every color. Everywhere.

I'm sure someone had fun before us. We could tell. 🤣😂

Immediately my mind went to color coding them.

For fun, and for accomplishment.

I get so much gratification from endorphin releasing activities, and burning a few calories simultaneously. 😋

But it was HOT. 🔥

I was a little tired from a shift the previous night and I talked myself out of completing it at LEAST 3 times.

But I finished. ❤️

So life lesson.

Persist.

When it's hard.

When it doesn't seem to make sense.

When you're tired.

Press forward anyway.

You never know what's on the other side of never giving up.

Follow that dream. 🤗

Start that business. 🙂

Find yourself again. And again.❣️

Whatever it takes.

Persist and Resist the urge to give up.
You're worth it.

Maybe on the other side of the rain in your life, there's a RAINBOW 🌈 of all the blessings your heart and mind can conceive.

What an amazing night it was. 💜

I talk to clients and friends often about the power of our lamp.

Never let it be dimmed by others.

Never let the light go out on your dreams.

Never let those that choose to be in the dark place influence you to join them.

I was with a client two nights ago and she looked at my keys and said," girl", you've got a lot of keys, they look heavy. 😳

I said, yeah I do don't I?

We both laughed it off..

But I got home and it set in so heavily.

I looked over my keys and I had keys from YEARS ago that I had forgotten about and no longer need, or use.

Symbolically, I saw that I was carrying keys to doors that I had closed, and some that God closed for me.

Extra weight... that no longer suits me or the life I now live.

So I removed those old keys, and was left with only those that now serve me.

No need to carry keys to old doors, old opportunities or old experiences.

Make room for the new doors, new opportunities, new adventures.

Hey hey!

So most of my clients know I am a wellness coach AND a doula.

I don't really love social media but I am working to increase my reach/ visibility to offer more complimentary doula care to underserved populations through the non profit sector.

If you would be so kind and follow my doula page I'd be more than grateful, and my young expectant mothers would too.

PSA:

Emotional abuse can come from a woman.

A boss.
A mother.
A girlfriend.
A wife.
It's not always in male form.
Keep your eyes peeled, and stay aware.

Gaslighting.
Manipulating.
Dismissive Tendencies.

Are all examples of emotional abuse.

And can all come from a WOMAN.

Our society will often highlight male offenders and sell this idea that it only comes in a certain package.

Emotional abuse can come from a woman.

Period.
