Condolences to the family of Chris Garges who has tragically passed on. Owner of Old House Recording studio, top-shelf engineer, drummer extraordinaire, weaver of many stories and tales ... and most of all a genuinely nice fella. Just try to imagine for a moment how much of this region's music passed thru his hands and ears. He will be sorely missed and his work will carry the torch for many years to come. Rest in peace Chris.

It really was a special day. Memories made (in B sharp !?)

Today felt pretty damn special. Graveyard Boulevard finished recording all the drums, bass, and rhythm guitars for our next album. We've still got some vocals and guitar leads to do on 11 new songs. I want to give a sincere "Thank you" to my awesome band mates Doug , Bryon, Scott, Trey, and our producer Rob Tavaglione at Catalyst Recording, for dedicating their time and talent over the last few months. "I've played on a bunch of recordings, but this is the only one I was ever happy with to this day. Why? Cause you can hear everything! The crazy part is we were all in the same room (Tommy's Pub) playing live. You can hear EVERYTHING! My drums actually sound like my effort, and the real thing. You can hear Joey screeching away, Bryan's low end, and Jason over top of it all. You can hear exactly what it sounds like for real. It's in your face!!! Some recordings have been close, but never ever have that same live feel, meaning its weak in comparison, and we were playing hippy jams. I've been told so many time this and that about recordings from guitarists, but you can hear all of us. Mad props to Rob Tavaglione for this one. Finally got one for the grandkids lol.
