TRIAL NOTES: Jim France took the stand Tuesday in day seven of the 23XI and Front Row v. NASCAR antitrust trial, with Judge Bell hoping that NASCAR's side can wrap up by Friday to leave only closing arguments.

Protest denied.

Ty Majeski tried to argue that he should have won Monday's 58th Snowball Derby, after being dinged by race control for jumping two late restarts, but the protest didn't pan out and Majeski was left with a 23rd-place finish.
