✨ New Year, Fresh Intentions: Resolutions for Enneagram Types 7-9 ✨**

✨ **Type 7: The Enthusiast**
You don’t have to chase every shiny new thing to feel fulfilled. Resolution: Slow down and fully embrace the moment you’re in. Sometimes the best adventures are the ones that happen when you stay still.

💪🏾 **Type 8: The Challenger**
Strength doesn’t mean always being on guard. Resolution: Let your softer side shine—you can lead and inspire without always going into battle mode. Vulnerability is a superpower, too.

🙏🏾 **Type 9: The Peacemaker**
Your voice deserves to be heard, even if it stirs the waters. Resolution: Speak your truth more often. Finding harmony doesn’t mean disappearing into the background.

Which one speaks to you? Share your type and your goals for 2025 in the comments—we’re rooting for you every step of the way! 🖤✨

✨ New Year, Fresh Intentions: Resolutions for Enneagram Types 4-6 ✨

🎭 Type 4: The Individualist
Your feelings are valid, but so are the connections waiting for you outside your head. Resolution: Share your creativity and let others into your world. Your unique perspective is a gift—don’t keep it hidden.

💡 Type 5: The Investigator
Knowledge is power, but so is connection. Resolution: Step out of your comfort zone and engage with the people around you. You don’t need all the answers to show up fully.

🔥 Type 6: The Loyalist
Worrying won’t prevent challenges—it just steals your peace. Resolution: Trust yourself and your ability to handle what comes your way. You’ve got everything you need to move forward with confidence.

Which of these feels right for you in 2025? Drop your type in the comments, and let’s set some intentions together. Growth happens one step at a time! 🖤✨

✨ New Year, Fresh Intentions: Resolutions for Enneagram Types 1-3 ✨

👑 Type 1: The Perfectionist

Not everything has to be flawless. It’s okay to let the small stuff go, even if it’s not “just right.” Resolution: Practice grace—for yourself and others. Progress matters more than perfection.

💃🏾 Type 2: The Helper

You can’t pour from an empty cup, no matter how much you want to. Resolution: Prioritize your needs and learn to say “no” without guilt. Rest is just as important as giving.

🕺🏾 Type 3: The Achiever

Your value isn’t tied to what you accomplish. Resolution: Take time to slow down, appreciate how far you’ve come, and celebrate your wins—without chasing the next goal right away.

Which one resonates with you? Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, balance, and purpose. Drop your type below and share your own resolution—we’d love to hear! 🖤✨

🖤 Who made the rules on what’s “Black enough”? Spoiler: Nobody did.

Gatekeeping Blackness by deciding what’s Black and what’s not? That’s not just divisive—it’s anti-Black. That whole “this is Black, this isn’t” mindset feeds into white supremacist frameworks we need to leave behind. Blackness is diverse, beautiful, and definitely not up for debate.

In this convo, we’re breaking down why these narratives are so harmful and how we can hold space for all expressions of Black identity.

🖤 Let’s get real—why is it that therapy, yoga, or even inner child work sometimes gets labeled as “white people stuff” in our community? 🤔 Like, since when did taking care of your mind and spirit have a race attached to it?

In this convo, we’re unpacking the stigma around personal growth and healing in the Black community. From therapy to inner child work, these are things WE need too. Growth isn’t a trend—it’s a lifestyle, and it’s for all of us.
