Same girl, same style, same mission, just a different name! I’m excited to announce the beginning of Madeline Kuzminsky Films!

I came up with my old business name, Made Along The Line, back in college. I’ve grown in so many ways over the last few years, especially in my business. MATL will always have a place in my heart, but it’s time for her to grow. In October 2023, I stepped into my couple’s shoes and married the man of my dreams, giving me a whole new perspective and a new last name!

Madeline Kuzminsky Films is still centered on creating romantic, upbeat, and unique wedding films - combining the romance and vibrancy of couples’ most special day. I believe in providing the best client experience and sharing unforgettable moments, while also delivering an artfully crafted film to preserve memories for years to come; an heirloom.

So, with that being said, thank you all for your continued support! I am so excited to finally share this news and continue serving my amazing clients! Here’s to all the amazing things this year has already brought and what’s to come! 🥂

No better time than a new year to share with you all the improved and refined Made Along The Line Films!

About three years ago I started this business not knowing where it would take me. I had confidence, but leaving my full time job wasn’t easy. I didn’t have a clue what I wanted my brand to even look like, I just knew filming weddings brought me joy. I’m now happy to say that 2023 has given me so much clarity in what I want Made Along The Line to look like✨

•ROMANTIC • UPBEAT • UNIQUE•

Made Along The Line encompasses all three of these qualities. I learned that my brand identity resembles what I love most in my life, and that’s love, liveliness, and rarity.

Romantic - I’m a hopeless romantic; I love all the sappy moments as well as the ultra-luxurious, WOW factor moments of a wedding. Made Along The Line couples desire a cinematic film that delivers the romanticness and beauty of the day. They love each other more than anything, and prioritize family and the little moments too.

Upbeat - I love a slow, cinematic song, but MATL films can also be fun and have a sick beat drop mixed in. Weddings are fun, so why not create a wedding film that includes all the epic, lively vibes too?!

Unique - Such a cliché word, but it’s true. For many reasons.
“Wedding films Made Along The Line of your love story.”
My couples incorporate special designs and elements throughout their day that reflect who they are. Every love story is unique; therefore, every MATL film is unique.

One whole month of being your wife !! 🤍

The ceremony can be such an overlooked part of a wedding day, honestly. Most times, you want it to be short and sweet and move on to the “fun” parts of the day. And I caught myself thinking that often. Mostly because being a vendor myself, the ceremony can be in direct sun, my cameras are overheating, and I’m already hungry 🤪

But experiencing the feeling from the other side of the camera has changed my mindset. Joe and I decided to have an interfaith ceremony, where we joined both of our faiths, Christian and Jewish. It was one of the most beautiful parts of our day that I will always remember. The feeling of butterflies in my stomach before I walked down the aisle with my dad, the overwhelming feeling of everyone looking at me, seeing Joe’s dimpley smile as he saw me for the first time, taking in all of the details that I had dreamed about come to life, and reading my vows trying to pretend that it was just Joe and me in the room.

Most wedding vendors know that the ceremony can be one of the most anxiety-filled parts of the day, but now I can take a step back and remember how I felt, and enjoy and document the moments of someone else’s love story ✨

There’s just something about a blazer and black & white photos🤍🖤

Finally getting a breather from traveling until September (other than for my bachelorette trip in August (whoop whoop!🍾)

Pumping out lots of wedding films over the next few weeks and feeling very inspired & creative lately. I love physically filming of course, but editing seriously brings me so much life. Yeah sometimes I need a few days between edits to recharge, but then the creative juices get to flowing and she’s back.

The amount of emails I get on a weekly basis of post production companies wanting to edit for me is unreal. I can confidently say I will never ever outsource editing. Maybe that’s an unpopular opinion, idk, but I feel like that’s a big reason why couples hire their videographer or photographer; because of an editing style that’s uniquely theirs. I love researching new tricks and I’m always trying to learn something new that I see. I can’t wait to share some of the things I’ve been working on 🙌🏼

I had the pleasure of taking their engagement photos at the beautiful Broadmoor resort. It literally felt like a different world inside this venue making it feel like spring is finally making its way to Colorado!

Happy 29th birthday to my future husband!🔥🥵 Not a day goes by without goofiness and laughter in our house, and it’s one of the many reasons I love and appreciate you and our life together. You are kind, silly, loving, romantic, sensitive (in the best way!), hard working, creative, my teeth brushing partner, my handyman around the house, and so much more! I love you so much and I can’t wait for so many amazing things that this year is going to bring! Happy birthday honey! 😚

After a long 3-day journey, we finally made it to our new home in Colorado! The ride was smooth up until the third day when our U-Haul axle seized and tire popped. Long story short, our U-Haul was towed to our home after waiting on the side of the road for 8 hours. But we made it here safely with the kitties!

I would have much rather been in this cute vintage van again, but I wouldn’t want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere with our 20-foot U-Haul with anyone else other than my love 🤍 Our first of many adventures together has begun!

📢 LIFE UPDATE!
Over the last few weeks, we’ve had some very quick changes in life. I am so excited to finally say that we are moving to Colorado Springs in January!! Joe has signed with the Colorado Springs Switchbacks for the 2023 season! I am so proud of him, and we’re so excited for this new adventure with each other (and the cats of course)!

To all my 2023 couples, don’t worry! I’ll be traveling back to CHS almost every month to continue doing what I love too (and for our own wedding in October!) I am still beyond excited for all of my current 2023 weddings! I’ll still continue to book in Charleston and hope to expand my portfolio in Colorado as well!

Charleston has been my home for all 25 years of my life, and I’ve loved it for so many reasons. My whole family lives here as well as most of my closest friends, and it’s the place that has allowed me to chase my dream of being a wedding videographer and meet some amazing people along the way. Now, I’m ready to explore and learn to live and work in a completely different environment!
•
I cannot wait to share new experiences with and step into the unknown in CO. And continue to film some amazing weddings in my hometown and possibly on some new turf in CO! As always, thank you for all of the continued support and for following along! 🏝️➡️🏔️ This east coast girl is headed west!

Cara + Kai | Highlight Film • Cara and Kai connected with me back in September of 2021 when I had first started filming on my own. Cara and I immediately clicked!
