We are so excited to spotlight Tylar who is our in house CAD Specialist and a core member of the Marx team. Her exceptional performance speaks volumes about her skills, talent, and dedication.
Here’s what Tylar has to say about her journey:
🎤✨ "As the CAD Technician for Marx Productions, I bring over a decade's worth of experience in Scenic Design and CAD Drafting to bear in my position, and working here has allowed me to expand my toolkit by mastering 3D modeling. My job allows me to serve in two roles during an event's pre-production process, that of a translator and that of a puzzle solver. To help communicate with our clients about exactly how we plan on bringing their vision to life, I'll use gear lists, architectural plans, and ballroom photos to translate what would have been a thick stack of paperwork into a fully realized, photo accurate 3D rendering of our client's event. During the rendering process, I'm also examining scenic, lighting, seating, you name it - to make sure they fit properly. Can the ballroom accommodate this much LED wall? Do we need more lights for the stage? Could the seating be spaced out to make things more comfortable? And most importantly, how could we make this event more impactful for those who attend? Every new event and every new design is a puzzle that must be solved before our trucks hit the road, and when everything comes together it truly is a thing of beauty. "
