Cycling for 25 minutes, but for some reason, the audio didn’t capture right away.

Running low on funds so I couldn’t take a Lyft, had to resort to the old walking to get home. From the ER. I have a really bad ear infection, and it was spreading now with these drops I feel a lot better.

Also, if it wasn’t for me not having the car, well I have one, but it has a blown engine. I wouldn’t have done all this walking, and if it wasn’t for my health issues, I wouldn’t of started such a rigorous decrease in food consumption, and started taking better care of myself so quickly.

The ER doctor really helped me out too, saying “these are just some medical setbacks”, that instead, makes me feel a lot better because a setback is only temporary.

Explaining my stance on squatting, since my new video brought out all the haters and their mothers, trying to tell me how I should lift, and how I shouldn’t do this or shouldn’t do that.

How about instead we all lift each other up, and encourage one another to live a better life and a healthier life, a stronger one.

I do the wide stance because that’s just how my body works. The only injury I have ever sustained lifting weights was when I was lifting with a reverse grip deadlifting.

Was doing this again today I went a little bit deeper, but I didn’t decide to record it. Next time. A bunch of doofuses in the corner, decided to make a mockery of me grunting while lifting. Meanwhile, they’re having a tea party in the corner, like they’re all back at their house doing a sleepover like the little wimps they are.

They couldn’t even lift half of this if they tried.
