CPCC fitness family...we have a treat for you! Starting in February our awesome instructor Amber Parker will be launching a class for the whole family...FitFamFun! Yes there will be exercising, but this class will be so much more than fitness. Learn healthy habits, fun fitness challenges, build relationships, work on life skills, play games and more!
