🫧🫧🫧 I had a moment of weakness the last couple days and got some smokes. I know a lot of folks who are trying to quit or have right now, and I encourage y'all not to do what I did. Stay strong, it isn't worth it.

I think the stress of being out of work for almost 3 months with a baby on the way has gotten to me. I have been very depressed over the past couple weeks especially, not that smoking will fix that.

On a side note, my coworker and I went out for falafel in Missoula. I love falafel, this made me happy.

I will persist and make it through this and I hope y'all can beat your demons, too. Don't you dare go hollow. Love y'all. 🫧🫧🫧
