The opening scene of the recent Dune Part 2 movie begins with the words, "Power over spice is power over everything." I couldn't imagine a better prologue for this article, except I would change "power over spice" to "power over AI" - a much more suitable term for 2024 and beyond.

In the past I never wore jell pack eye masks; however, began wearing them and what an amazing difference when waking up. After dual cataract surgery (waiting to get a double cornea replacement) my eyes would be a little foggy for the first 1.5 hour in the a.m. (eye doctor said this would happen), but now - wearing the eye mask to sleep at night - I wake and my eyes are 100 right off the bat.

Loving gel pack eye masks. Wonder now why I didn't wear them before this.
