In this episode, Scott shares a poem about the resilience of the heart. We all experience loneliness, sadness, hurt, and, yes, plenty of bliss. But the goal of awakening is not necessarily to be blissed out 100% of the time. Most important is tapping into your resilience, harnessing the ability to weather storms and move forward with love and grace. Acknowledge the pain but embrace your resilient heart. It will serve you well!

In this episode of the Kundalini Chronicles, I share a poem that resonates with the secret to embracing my spiritual awakening - the ability to surrender completely. Surrendering is not doing something or finding something. It's surrendering to what already is and to what's already inside you. Surrendering is like cleansing. The awakening experience is bliss, pain, challenge, sadness, regret, and more. Surrendering to the universal one allows you to let go of the pain, enjoy the bliss, but most important - find a state of oneness that is neither too high nor too low.
Surrender to this episode, and enjoy!
