Virtual Conference- Engaging Screens Across the Country!

The CEI team recently produced a virtual climate action event from our own cutting-edge studio. With an impressive turnout of 1000 attendees joining virtually, our producers used their expertise and attention to detail to craft the ultimate workflow to ensure the clients' and attendees' experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Incorporating custom designed backgrounds, PIPs and lower thirds into the seamless virtual framing, the conference was an immersive event that puts you at the center of it all.

Our team of professional AV producers executed an engaging conference, complete with breakout rooms and panel discussions in general session. With 900 attendees and over 50 presenters/panelists, it was a dynamic gathering. The setup featured sleek wall-to-wall grey drapery, two expansive borderless projection screens, and vibrant custom designed scenic pieces. To add to the atmosphere, we used stage uplights and Conference gobos. Lasty, but not least, our team streamed the event to the client's preferred platform, ensuring widespread access and engagement.

Our team produced an engaging Investigator Event for our client, which included a remote interview with our main presenter via Teams. The event featured a Knowledge Cafe with stations focusing on clinical trials. The main session was highlighted by a 6'x10' ultra-short throw projection, pipe and drape with uplighting and stage wash, a 70" delay monitor, and Teams integrations. With 80 attendees and 6 presenters, it was a hit in Atlanta, Georgia!

We're making waves!

The recent premiere of "How Are Things on The West Coast," starring the esteemed Oscar Langburne, professional "goofy" surfer, allowed CEI to venture into uncharted waters. Corporate Events Inc. orchestrated a smooth range of audiovisual excellence. With 2 powerful speakers and wireless microphones, every word was crisp and clear in the outdoor setting.

The scene came to life with a short throw lens and 12k projection, casting a stunning display onto a truss-supported Borderless Screen. To ensure a seamless experience, CEI's meticulous attention to detail included safety strapping the screen and truss to the van, ready to withstand any unexpected wind gusts. With approximately 75-100 attendees, it was a night of cinematic marvels, showcasing CEI's unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch AV solutions for unforgettable events.

Our skilled Project Managers produced an impressive Global Expert Panel hybrid event for our client, leveraging our extensive global capabilities. Featuring a branded set and stage with twin screen projection and meticulous LED uplighting, the event seamlessly integrated both in-person and remote elements, including a pre-recorded presentation and a remote presenter. To ensure inclusivity, the event was live-streamed for the attendees who couldn't attend in person.

Can you feel it?!

Our team produced a high energy event, featuring two impressive 9x16 screens that set the stage for an immersive visual experience. Adding to the excitement, a mesmerizing mobile LED wall stole the spotlight as it split to unveil the client's groundbreaking product rollout.

The event was packed with interactive features and activations, including two cutting-edge 65" touch screens and four stunning 70" vertical signage displays, all meticulously designed to captivate and engage every guest. And let's not forget the LED star drape entrance, photo booth, and graffiti wall, adding exciting visuals and company branding alike. With over 120 attendees and presenters keeping the energy high and attractive was the focus of our clients event.

At CEI, we pulled out all the stops to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience. From producing all the captivating content for the presentation to crafting and designing the widget layout functionality of the touch screens, every detail was meticulously curated for maximum impact. For a recent Training Meeting hosted at our client's headquarters, our AV specialists orchestrated a seamlessly integrated hybrid event experience, blending in-person and virtual elements with precision. Led by our meticulous Project Managers, who are renowned for their attention to detail, every moving piece was carefully coordinated to ensure flawless ex*****on. Leveraging Vmix, Constellation, and our Hybrid Kit, we transformed the venue into a state-of-the-art broadcast studio, equipped with TVs, lighting, cameras, truss, and more.

Using their expertise, our Project Managers ensured that 12 live presenters seamlessly engaged with over 1000 attendees, both in-person and online, while the incorporation of three screens facilitated clear readability for all participants. This collaborative effort resulted in an immersive and impactful event experience, where every element worked together seamlessly to deliver maximum impact.

The event's lighting design featured a dynamic scope of colors, each serving a specific purpose. A 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗲 greeted attendees upon arrival, setting an inviting tone with motion effects across the ceiling and drapery. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 with stage wash was cast to illuminate presenters onstage, ensuring clear visibility and focus during presentations.
Additionally, 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 provided a standard room look, complemented by stage wash effects that transitioned on and off as needed. These diverse lighting schemes not only enhanced the visual appeal but also contributed to the overall mood and atmosphere of the event.

Our team produced a stunning aesthetic for a live conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This two-day event featured a general session and alongside double breakout rooms, with more than 170 attendees actively engaged alongside 18 dynamic presenters. Far from ordinary, we seamlessly edited content and compiled a live edit in VMix. Speakers enjoyed the advantage of double screens with an ultra-short throw front projection, providing detailed visuals behind them and ensuring optimal video clarity complimented with a stage wash. We introduced LED color uplighting to enhance the event's atmosphere.
