🚨🚨 During a diaster such as the Wild Fires that have displaced multiple families in Ruidoso and force them to shelters.

These shelters may have rules that evacuees must follow during their stay. They may want to secure some your personal belongings to avoid unnecessary fighting amongst evacuees fighting over items.

They may restrict food in sleeping areas due to sanitation issues. If not properly disposed or whatever is the case you start to attracted rodents and roaches.

They may not allowed outside drinks as some will try and be slick and consume alcoholic beverages which may cause fights amongst the evacueees.

Just remember your situation is temporary!

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office urgently seeks public assistance in locating 83-year-old Bonny Dumond. She was last seen June 14th, 2024, around 7 p.m., in the area of Niki Ct. Edgewood, NM, and Holli Lp Edgewood, NM. She is believed to be driving her 2022 Ford EcoSport bearing NM Chili license plate AJRT16. Due to her prolonged absence and medical diagnosis law enforcement is concerned for her safety.

While arresting Plaintiff, Defendant Coslin began to try and break Plaintiff’s fingers and hand in order to cause harm to Plaintiff. 20. “Plaintiffs agree that individuals cannot be held liable under the New Mexico Civil Rights Act and agrees that Jason Sanchez, Roxann Brannon and Jacqueline Lucas cannot be held individually liable. This claim is limited to Eddy County.”

The County’s wrongful disclosure enabled Mr. Sanchez to intentionally and maliciously post screenshots of Plaintiffs’ private information on social media, namely Facebook. (Compl. ¶¶ 15-17). 🤔 IDK where this guys gets his facts. But City police forces are responsible for enforcing local laws within their jurisdictions. Unlike state troopers who may be assigned to specific roles, city police officers must be prepared to handle a wide range of situations from traffic stops to violent crime investigation.

The elected County Sheriff is the conservator of the peace within his or her county, and shall suppress assaults and batteries, and apprehend and commit to jail, all felons and traitors, and cause all offenders to keep the peace and to appear at the next term of the court and answer such charges as may be preferred.

It’s a dangerous job just like being in the military.

Could me they couldn’t get qualified applicants.

Politicians are just as dangerous.
