If you’re local to North Fort Myers, please stop by Daddy Dee’s Ice Cream Parlor.
We’ve been promising the kids an ice cream date, so we drove all the way over there today at 1:30 to support THEM specifically since the bridge closure’s been crushing them! But, to our surprise they weren’t open yet.
We even checked first & their hours online said 1 so we waited, but because of the bridge being closed & summer, they cut back their hours. It just hadn’t updated online.
When I called saying we were outside & didn’t know they wouldn’t be open yet, this wonderful man James insisted I “bring those kids inside right now for ice cream!”
He didn’t even have the lights on or chairs down & still let them come right in. Opened up all the ice cream displays, turned on all the lights & train right away (which is the kids favorite part!). Then he gave them 1,001 samples before they finally decided on their flavors.
We snuck him a little tip & a ton of thank you’s! But your visits will make all the difference!
He then brought over a fresh loaf of chocolate chip banana bread to go, on the house & sat & chatted with us for quite some time. We found out that we all have a lot in common 😁 We knew we loved that place for a reason.
His hospitality just earned lifetime repeat customers. As if we weren’t already! ❤️❤️

We let them chose their hairstyles & they chose to be completely different for once 🥰✂️ Our hairstylist is 🤌👏 She absolutely crushes it every single time with every single kid!!!
