MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Dirk Van Stralen has retired from live music performances, though he is still available as an instructor and studio musician.

Because of this, I have assumed lead guitar duties for Fast Fairlane.

Dirk and I have played music together since the '80s. Yes... the 1980s. This will be a difficult musical transition for me and the band. We will dearly miss Dirk and all he has shared with us. Please join me in thanking Dirk for bringing so much joy through his impressive talent and personality over the decades. Thank you, Dirk!!!

This cracks me up! making her rounds in old-town a few years back came upon me running sound for a Bandhoppers Nation event. Members of Groundwave, including Gary Huntzinger and Rick Santaella can be seen in the photo. They were my sound crew. What cracks me up is how happy (not!) Miss Sacramento looks during this photo op. Good times :D

Friends of mine who love playing multiple amps, I have something for you!

I am selling my mint-condition Radial Switchbone V2 ABY pedal. I built a killer multi-amp rig for an opportunity that fizzled out. Since I don't foresee using multiple amps onstage for any of my active and upcoming projects, I have decided to let this go. It's only been powered on a few times. It tested out perfectly. I did throw some velcro on the back. I don't have the box, but do have the power supply to include.

Another successful night running sound for The Band Unleashed at Out of Bounds Brewing Company last night. Tonight, I'll be on FOH for Unwarranted at a private event. My calendar is busy, but I still have dates available. Hit me up if you're in need of great sound.

What a great show! I tested out 1/2 of my new FOH system with The Band Unleashed at the beautiful Helwig Winery. I even got to hang out with The Great Oz of Oz GuitarWorks! I was able to dial in the system pretty darn quickly, and the coverage was amazing! The mix was the same everywhere in the room, and even off to the sides outside the shade structures. This is the FOH system you want for your next big show!!
